How does Anyone do without one? This is the cheapest format I've found anywhere for the Bring It Forward File system of info management. Despite the low cost it's robust and has a certain industrial charm which appeals to me. Put an end to unpaid bills and expired special offer coupons and forgotten birthdays and 100 more minor annoyances which come from not having a proper reminder system in place. I have several, one for each job and one at home, so I never need to miss a date. If you buy one thing to get organised, make it this one.

I used to find these at a well-known retail outlet and was gloomy when they stopped selling them. Amazon to the rescue for this excellent date file. My last one lasted about ten years so I have hight hopes.

I really like this box, it's ideal for filing and organizing documents. However, I felt a bit bummed that it didn't come in the same colour as the picture - it's really a pale yellow colour. I actually chose this product based on the manilla colour of the picture, so when I got this other one, I was a bit upset about it.

Helps me keep organized. Enough slots for my usees. Now with all the ebills/statment might be a thing of the past. But if you are lime me a bit old fashioned this will do just great. Can be a bit flimsy once full. Might need to go in a box or supported at both ends.

I use one every year for my accounts. 1-12 for the months although I start with 5 and work through ad rpund the year to January ... (self employed) for all invoices. Then slots for other categories like credit cards, income streams, insurance and more. Very practical and useful ready made filing system.

I have bought a few of these folders for filing and I would recommend them. The front flap is quite flimsy but I have secured it with an elastic band and this works quite well.

Great quality product. Much cheaper than in stationary shops.

Wer dazu neigt seine Post auf den Tisch zu schmeißen/sammeln, weil vor allem der Locher und das rumgeschmeisse der Ordner nervt, hat damit eine gute Lösung die Papiere über längere Zeiträume sortiert vom Tisch zu haben. …und irgendwann bei einem Anfall von aufräumen und wegheften hat man für gewöhnlich mehrere Dokumente bereits vorsortiert und muss nur noch einmal den Locher ansetzen um es im Ordner unter z.B. „G“ wie Gehalt mit einem Schwung abzulegen

Parfait, exactement ce que je cherchais pour ranger mensuellement et quotidiennement les dossiers de mon taf. J'en ai commandé pour 3, pour "Mois en cours", "Mois précédent" et "Mois -2". Pour le moment ils tiennent le coup malgré les manipulations journalières. Chaque jour peuvent contenir facilement plus de 30 feuilles A4. Donc parfait car je n'ai pas besoin de stocker autant de feuilles chaque jour. Il faut juste prendre l'habitude de ranger les feuilles devant le numéro du jour au lieu de derrière.

Buen producto. No es fácil encontrar carpetas con los 30 separadores. La tapa es demasiado fina y al llenarse el archivador sirve de poco. Con otro sistema de cierre sería excelente.

Wow, einfach ein Klasse Teil! Meine ersten zwei Registraturen kaufte ich im Jahr 2014, diese nutze ich heute noch!!! Die dritte kauften ich im Jahr 2019 zusätzlich, um meinen Bestand zu erweitern. Die Registraturen setzte ich beruflich in der Schule vielseitig ein: 1)Im Bereich der Klassenleitung, indem ich vorne direkt eine Liste angebracht habe, wo jedem meiner Schüler/innen ein "Postfach" zugeordnet wird. Diese Postfach wird von uns Lehrer genutzt, abwesenden Schüler/innen die ausgeteilten Materialien in der Stunde zu hinterlegen. Die Schüler/innen holen sich dann, sobald sie wieder anwesend sind ihre Materialien selbstständig ab. 2) Auch im Bereich der Klassenleitung, um die Entschuldigungen und Elternbriefe der einzelnen Schüler/innen zu verwalten und zu lagern. Dazu befindet sich die Registratur immer bei mir im Lehrerzimmer im Fach. 3) Im Bereich der Unterrichtsgestaltung: Materialien und Lösungen zur Wochenarbeit werden darin gelagert, sodass die Schüler/innen auch mithilfe einer Liste, die vorne angebracht ist, sich ihre Arbeitsblätter etc. holen können. So hat man nicht die ganzen Stapel auf den Fensterbänken im Klassenzimmer liegen 😉 und ist zudem immer mobil. Gäbe es die Möglichkeit 4,5 Sterne zu geben, würde ich das machen. Einen halben Stern ziehe ich ab, da sich der Deckel, der vollständig aus gestärktem Papier besteht, bei häufiger nutzen auflöst. Aus diesem Grund seht ihr auf dem Bild, dass ich meine etwas in die Jahre gekommene Registratur an den Deckelrändern mit Panzertape aufgepeppt habe, um es weiter uneingeschränkt nutzen zu können. Mit etwas handwerklichem Geschick und 20min Geduld schafft das gewiss jeder von euch. Die Kritiken, dass der Produktname irreführend ist, kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Das Produkt wird genauso, wie es auch ist, abgebildet und man erkennt sehr gut, dass es sich nicht um eine handelsübliche Hängeregistratur handelt. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Produkt. 😁
