Dead on arrival
First time I turned it on, it briefly made fan noises then went dead. Pushing buttons made the display change but nothing else.

Problem cord set, customer service sent replacement promptly by courier.
OK change of opinion. Found that cord set was worn near base of connector, assumed loose connection inside cord. Rang Wagner, they sent replacement cord set and gun works fine. Thumbs up to customer service, though cord should not have worn. Given a 500 for Xmas. Clapped out in 8 months not used many times, home use. Thermal cut out didn't work maybe? I was using it a lot on stripping the porch.

It works easy to use cools down well Does the job, tried it for the next job smoke came out no fan, sent it back got a refund obviously faulty, shame really it seemed ok but cant recommend it
