I was I bit dubious at first as when i read the instructions it says it only kills the carpet beetle larvae. Whereas my problem is they started to hatch into the beetles. So I tried any way and dotted a few round the carpet (making sure the kids couldn't get to them) and I also put some in the windows sill as they have been attracted to the day light. And after putting it in the windows they were attracted to the strip and started trying to nibble it but they were still alive, so I felt defeated as I could risk fumigation with little ones around. Then I went back to the windows that night before bed and it was laying upside down DEAD woo hoo! Now my window sill looks like a grave yard!
