Purchased these after doing research on helping blood flow for varicose veins! My veins got lots worse from taking these made them much more painful and my other leg started to hert which the veins aren’t visible on that leg so had to stop as I felt they were doing more harm than good stick with rutin

This 4 month supply of Grapeseed extract is good value and doesn't contain anything other than natural ingredients. The capsules are standard size and easy enough to swallow, they could be opened and the powder added to a drink or food if the capsule size was still too big. They need to be taken with food and lots of water anyway.Rich in antioxidants and oligomeric proanthocyanidin complexes they are supposed to be beneficial in protecting against the effects of oxidative stress. They claim to help reduce blood pressure, improve blood flow support the brain and inhibit infections as well as many other benefits. I've had no side effects so far, and will update my review if this changes after a few weeks on them. As a supplement you should of course check they are ok, I don't believe they are suitable if you are on blood pressure medications already, so best to seek medical advice first.

These supplement is great for health, I like to take heath care products to keep a healthy lifestyle. I'm talking this 1 capsule a day after food, these are average size and easy to swallow, so this bottle last about 4 months, it contains 612MG, i used to buy it from Holland and Barrett but it only contains 50MG! I have uploaded the photos which you can see them, im really impressed with this product.
