I think it is a fantastic tool - makes life do much easier. At £12.99 I find it rather expensive but the floors do appear clean and streak free after using it. Prior to buying the CROSSWAVE floor cleaner I would have used a regular mop and bucket and a pleasant smelling floor cleaner which would have left a lingering scent afterwards.
