(The picture shows 2 pairs)** A: 1 set, 2 laces: 1 lace for each shoe. **Q: Are the end caps single use only? I laced the shoe up too high and now I can't get them off, to redo them.** A: I would just wear them like regular shoe laces to get a feel of how far you want them cut when or if you cap them. For me I went too long and the cap just taps my foot when running. The pictures show tucking the cap under the laces but depending how tight you got the laces that cap pushes into the tongue. Normal sneakers with insulated tongue it wouldn’t be an issue but I’m running a thin leather work/dress shoe tongue. End of the day you will be happy that these caps work, I went Walmart to have the “same thing” and the caps never closed the 1st time. **Q: Lock Laces - can you lace them up as tight as you want?** A: Yes they can form a snug fit. They also create a more even tightness than traditional laces because the elasticity helps "slinky" the laces if you tighten them too much at the top where the lock is. If you happen to get them too tight just shimmy the tension from the laces like you would with traditional laces. after a few minutes jogging they'll average out a bit too. **Q: What are the specs on the cord? Guage? Tensile strength? I'm rather rough on shoes!** A: Hi Andrew,Thank you for message. LOCK LACES™ are 48" inches length and can stretch up to 72" inches. The laces are .25mm (7-strand fibers) in diameter. The entire system is also water resistant which means they won't snap or break. We also offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Can you be more specific in regards to how "rough you are on shoes?" LOCK LACES™ are great for runners, triathletes, kids, senior citizens, individuals with special needs and golfers. Below are a couple instructional videos for proper installation and use of the system.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q384O8SdRzMhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRtx2QYDdtARegards,LOCK LACES™ ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Much better than normal laces *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 28 June 2026* Happy to confirm these work brilliantly. Safer and much less hassle than normal laces - don't come loose, look neater. Their elasticated nature means that you rarely need to adjust them, even when taking shoes on and off. I am a convert to lock laces and am now buying my second pair. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great item *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 13 September 2026* This item is really good and easy to install. I have put them on a pair of trainers and am so happy with how they are now. Much easier to get on and off and look really smart. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good - but QC could be better *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 2 August 2026* Really good locking mechanismLike themLost a star because the final tie moulding is defective on one lace and will not closeMeans I have to tie the ends together ## Frequently Bought Together - Lock Laces - Elastic No Tie Shoelaces 1 Size Fits All for Kids Adults Tieless Shoe Laces Tennis Shoes Sneakers - RJ-Sport Tieless Elastic Shoe Laces - Heavy Duty No Tie Shoelaces for Kids and Adult with Strong Lock and Speed Shoestrings - Lock Laces Flat Laces No Tie Elastic Shoelaces – Stylish No Show for Casual & Fashion Shoes – One-Size, Easy to Install --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kr/products/49008313-lock-laces-elastic-no-tie-shoelaces-one-size-fits-all](https://www.desertcart.kr/products/49008313-lock-laces-elastic-no-tie-shoelaces-one-size-fits-all) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Korea* *Store origin: KR* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
