Ordered one for my toddlers birthday and when it arrived it had a charging issue. I reached out to customer service and they rectified the issue promptly. Very happy with customer service. Overall, the toniebox is a great toy for young kids. My toddler has it playing ALL day. Simple to use, durable and a great source of gifts for family members to get your child a new tonie character!

We love Tonies! This is the second one we have purchased (we have given one to each of our granddaughters). It is the toy that they choose first every day! We love how there are so many characters we can purchase for them for every occasion. No more wondering what to get them for birthdays, etc. - we get them a new Tonie! I will have to add that I ordered one from this seller and it arrived in a box that was opened and the Tonie box was taken out and possibly used? the box was (poorly) taped closed so that one was returned and I ordered another one which arrived the next day - brand new.

It is an essential toy in our life - the figurines are fun to play with and the box itself is easy to use. Kids love it.
