Berkshire Blanket VelvetLoft® Sheet Set,Velvety Soft Sheets Set,Soft Heavyweight Sheets with Deep Pocket,4 Piece (Queen, Polar Blue)

We are fleece sheets addicts now so was looking for another set. These are bit heavier than some and feel more blankety, which we like. We've had them for four or five months and they haven't pilled up and have nice deep corner pockets, so they stay put. Will purchase again when the time comes.

I just got my first recycled Berkshire sheets. I had been worried that they would not be as soft or lush as the regular ones. They are absolutely as soft as the regular ones.This is my first recycled sheet set, but probably my 6th sheet set overall by Berkshire. I love them that much! They are so soft and comfy, it feels like sleeping on the softest plushiest blanket. I use them year round and switch to the thinner ones in the summer.I hate getting into a cold bed, especially when I'm cold already. These sheets are perfect, they don't give you that shock when getting into bed. I like to keep my room cold, so it makes it really nice to not have that cold shock.In a few of the sheets I've gotten, it seemed the depth of the pocket was a little less. That could be because of how I washed and dried them and they shrunk a little but it could also be that they were a little smaller. These recycled ones are plenty deep, probably the deepest of all of I have ordered.By the way, I also have the robe they make, which is made of the same kind of material. It feels like I'm wrapped in the softest blanket. It is a little heavy though, so wearing it in the summer is a little hot.They also make a wrap kind of cape and it has pockets! I love it!

I own 5 sets in different colors for my 4 bedrooms. Everyone who stays over as a guest exclaims it's the warmest, most luxurious feeling sheets they ever slept on. Hot sleepers, these may not be for you. Though the sheets can appear vulnerable to tearing, I've had two sets that are 5 years old and they hold up perfect. One just needs to be aware to not be indiscriminately rough with them (as with anything other fabric).** Update**This last set of sheets are definitely too weak in fabric construction relative to past sheets like these I've purchased from Berkshire (and I'm in love with them). I am a single senior who is gentle on anything I own and still have a set of flannel sheets from 1989. What's happening with this new set is straight up flaws in the fabric manufacturing. Holes are showing up and I've had them less than a month. I hope to hear back from Berkshire on this. Photos included.

I wanted to inform you of our experience with your Velvetloft sheets that we had received as gifts over the holidays. I had bought these sheets for our family and our aunt. Upon using them and washing them two times I have now gotten rid of them as they were a nuisance to have.The sheets were very soft, but they shed to no end. The pieces of material that would come off, would end up in hair, on clothes and everywhere. I tried to wash once, but it almost made it worse. The pieces destroyed other towels and clothes in the wash as the particles that came off just clung to other materials. I washed them a second time to see if that would help with the shedding, but it only seemed to increase the issue. I discussed with my aunt last week, as I had gotten her these as a gift, and she as well had the same experience.I have bought Berkshire blankets and sheets for years (usually the microfleece) and loved the quality. As for these, I am truly disappointed and what a waste of money.

Goodness gracious, we love these sheets!!! If you've never slept on these kind of sheets, you're missing out big time! They are instantly the perfect temperature when you get into them, unlike most that feel like you've slipped into a bed made from icicles that need to melt before you can get warm. And the soft, velvet feel on your skin is so comfortable, it's borderline insane. It's what I imagine being a baby kangaroo in a mother's pouch would feel like - A-MAZ-ING!I'd say the only downside to these sheets is that you may regularly delay getting up for the day because you will seriously contemplate calling in sick just from wanting to stay in bed, wrapped in the soft goodness these sheets offer. Seriously, just get them, you'll be glad you did!

My boyfriend liked these sheets so much when I gave him a set a couple of years ago, he asked for another set (in a different color). So guess what he's getting for Christmas? My only complaint is that the sheets (Polar Blue} are a great deal darker than the ones pictured in the advertisement. Although I was somewhat concerned, I'm sure my boyfriend will love them in ANY color (his original sheets were green). These are the warmest, coziest sheets I've ever felt. They are a godsend for chilly Wisconsin winters.

These sheets are THE BEST!! I have known that Berkshire has the best blankets and sheets but I was a bit cautious about them being recycled. Well I shouldn't have! There not thick but velvety soft and a great weight. I have another pair, from another company that are thinner and you can certainly see and feel the difference. UPDATE: Berkshire, what the heck happened????? I just bought another pair of sheets and WHAT a DIFFERENCE: thin, a lot thinner than the first pair and the pillowcases had so much pilling on them that after two washes, the pilling was still there so I had to take a shaver for sweater pilling and with the two pillow cases, I got a large softball full of pilling off!! What happened Berkshire? You have been a pillar of excellence in the past. Sooo disappointed. Already washed them twice so now I can't return them!!!

These sheets are super soft and luxurious, if you like cozy you will love them. They fit snugly and dont bunch or wrinkle underneath like my old flannel sheets did. I like a cool bedroom so the warm feel of the sheet around my neck is fabulous!
