Awesome features in a BIG phone
The Power 7 Max is a BIG phone. It's got great storage and everything works as intended out of the box. It is snappy and without lag. It comes with minimal bloat ware and Google apps pre-unstalled. The battery is amazing! It came charged or if the box and 2 days later I'm still at 50%. The phone came with a free clear TPU protective case and a screen protector. I don't think it's a good screen protector, but it does help and it's hard to notice that it's even there. My only issue with the phone is it's size. It's twice the height of my older Umidigi S5 Pro and much heavier. As a guy, it's a little too big for my front pocket. A lot of newer phones on the market seem to be getting bigger, but I still prefer the old 5" size. But maybe all the extra size and weight accounts for the huge battery and storage features they were able to pack into the phone at a budget price. Pros: - budget friendly price - ample storage - fast, smooth operation - stock Android 11 - fingerprint reader good placement and efficient - comes with screen protector and case pre-installed Cons: - very big and heavy - dedicated programmable button is pre-set to take a screenshot - I've been taking a lot of unwanted screenshots - not a fan of the clear TPU screen protector, but I also can't complain too much, because umidigi is one of the only phone companies that offer a complimentary case with their phones

The battery is falsely advertised and can't hold a charge
I've been a fan of umidigi in the past, especially the power 3, but which had a 6150mah battery. When this phone advertised a 10000mah battery, I couldn't wait get my hands on one. Unfortunately, my experience has been troublesome and terrible from the start. The battery literally drops from 100 to 98 within a mere hour, just by doing nothing. I've set the phone to use as little power as possible in order to maximize my charges. Standby is terrible, dropping a % point every hour. I need to turn off or restart the phone after every charge to prevent the battery from dwindling anymore than it can. The % # is also within the battery icon, rather than alongside it - needless to say, it's difficult to read the tiny text. I also can't receive any calls at home. My home has literally become a dead zone, even when tmobiles map says our neighborhood is a reception hot spot. This phone is an absolute nightmare and not one good thing has come of it. I wish the return window hadn't closed on my order. Umidigi definitely dropped the ball on this model. I was hoping the issues stemmed from me getting a defective phone out of the bunch. This is definitely not a power 7 max - the name is a joke in itself. I think my 3 year old power 3 might even be able to outperform this brand new model at this point..

Worth the money but nothing more
Battery is the best part. But it was somewhat functional I mean it constantly dropped calls and internet wouldn't work alot of the time away from wifi. Also problem with sound of media when on a call. Ordered February first and broke mid March. At first it seemed good but very soon found why it was so cheap to purchase.

I was very excited to get this phone but not too excited on some of the features. The good stuff first. It came with a silicone case an screen protector already on it. Now for the other stuff. It's twice as thick compared to my Zenfone. The camera is not that great as picture quality is lacking in clarity and definition compared to my previous phone even though this phone goes up to 48 megapixels. The speaker is some what muffled and makes it harder to hear the person on speaker phone. The signal is a lot lower in my basement and have to up stairs so the other person on the other end can hear me speak without breaking up. Lastly the phone does not do well with cellphone frequencies in Canada. It uses an Asian frequency they missed calls, doesn't connect and has poor reception. I am with Telus and they stated it doesn't work with their network and others like Bell and Rigers. Overall it's just ok but should have bought another popular brand.

Since I purchased this cell, I have put it threw hell lol It came with a screen protector and a case very thankful of haha ya I'm after beating the life out of this cell and it's still going strong. I get two days out of a full charge, and I'm always on it. Down side for most would probably be the weight me however isn't an issue lol, I love knowing it's still in my pocket ;) It really is a good phone and when I got it I paid under 200, def will be buying the same brand, it's won me over

I was excited but this phone but within and hour of opening and using I started to feel the disappointment. The camera produces washed out pics, the display is nice but not rich in colours and there is always a slight lag between tapping the shutter button and the pic being take. Also, This thing is a brick. Basically a power bank/battery that someone built a phone around. Videos are OK but on one app I had to turn off hardware acceleration for the video to stop stuttering. If you're a workman and working on job sites and need a huge battery that lasts days because maybe you don't always have the opportunity to charge then this would be good for a day or 2 because I did leave it on overnight and it discharged very slowly. For a regular user it's way too heavy.

It is a very good phone for the price, it is fast, a very good battery depends on how you use it,The only thing I don't like is the screenshot button, it's on the left side, I recommend it, it's a bit heavy, but you get used to it, charging the battery takes 3 to 4 hours
