Was skeptical at first; but this has lasted me best part of a year now with no issues. Feels good quality and I love the adjustable temperature box being outside of the tank - alongside being able to monitor current tank temp.

Temp display / controller unit feels a bit cheap but works perfectly. For the price it's good. Had some issues with temp read on unit and thermometer check but easy ebough to compensate.

I would have to agree with Dawn. After looking at Dawns images it is sort of the same for me as Dawn has it set at 22 degree but lands on 28 degree yet red light means its still heating. This here product is very dangerous as i own turts, i set mines at 25 degree deliberately low to see if it had bypassed and sure enough it reached 28 degree and still continues to heat up. At this point i have not yet experienced a time where it stops going passed the mark. This is a highly dangerous product and had to be switched off at the mains since there's only dial controls and no off button to settle the water temperature. This has no cut off peak and it will continue to bypass whatever degree you put it on. I will have to send this product back as this is one of the worst heating systems i have ever used. I will be going back to my old heating system as i find a better one that stays true to what it advertised. Ease of use - true appearance - true value for money - could been true The true issue here is that over heating protection does not exist neither does powering off from the control exist. in order to stop over heating you'd have to turn it off from the mains which means this is deemed as false advertising. They should not be advertising a product that continues to heat after the set degree, what is the point of locking in a degree when it bypasses it? the feature is pointless and the old heaters are far much better than this here product. The only reason i opted for this one is due to the cage being around it plus its smaller than my original giving my turts more space to swim. This is dangerous to turtles especially baby ones that were constantly shedding due to this product. I will be issuing a full refund shortly.

Excellent heater for my turtle tank ,good quality plastic covering the heater,easy to clean. Was simple to set up even though im not good with instructions. Ive had it a few months now and its continued to stay spot on temperature, would recommend 👌

Amazing heater and definitely the best i have ever brought. So much so that I replaced all the heaters in my five tanks with these. Easy to use, Amazing quality for money, it's silent and just sticks to the tank with no trouble.
