I purchased this product a few days ago and as luck would have it, the unit I received would not hold a charge. You might expect, on that basis, something other than the five-star review I've given the product. Stay tuned.I contacted Labigo US Customer Service by email on a Sunday and received a reply within a few hours no less! The agent offered me a replacement unit at no charge, which I accepted, and the unit arrived at my door the next afternoon directly from Labigo. I must say that I've never experienced great customer service like this and I've had occasion to contact more than a few manufacturers directly in my more than twenty years of buying from Amazon. I'm still amazed and gratified. Clearly, Labigo cares about their products and their customers. I find this refreshing.As for the replacement unit, it performs flawlessly -- plenty of torque at the brush end to remove stubborn stains and dirt. The unit also worked well on my car's wheels as the brushes are soft enough to avoid scratches. Also, the unit's parts fit together snugly without gaps or wiggles, which indicate to me that it is designed and manufactured well.Overall, I'm impressed with this product and the customer service supporting it.

Received in double boxes, no damage. Opened, charged and used on shower. Cleaned perfect. Plenty of power if you don't press down hard and stall it. Solid and works. Also the best portable rechargeable scrubber available for under $20.

This works surprisingly well. I especially like the adjustable angle (there are three options, but I think that will be plenty) on the model I bought I scrubbed my tiled bathroom floor in a fraction of the time it usually takes me. I didn't have to get on the floor, and I think it's cleaner than I usually get it too. But I charged the battery fully before using it and was expecting to get lots of use before I needed to recharge it. Instead, I used it for about 10 minutes total (not even turned on for the whole time), and the charge already showed "LO." Ugh. I imagine I got a defective battery or something, because I certainly expected it to stand up to more then 10 minutes of use before it died. I guess I should have kept the box.

I made the purchase two years ago and love it! One charge holds enough to do my bathroom, kitchen and even my windows. Yup this product has saved my back, time, and even use of cleaning supplies. The ability to switch the angle of the head allows for quick changes and easy to reach spots. A must in your cleaning arsenal.

I was nervous about this purchase but was happy with the ease of use. I didn’t know if I could get a full use with one charge but it was more than enough. It is easy to charge and change the attachments out. I can definitely say it makes cleaning much easier!

I purchased this scrubber after reading reviews on so many of the scrubbers. I bought it primarily to use on my tile floors and the baseboards. It is doing a beautiful job, so far I have cleaned my kitchen, living room and a long hallway leading to my guestrooms. I'm looking forward to continuing through the rest of the house this week. I had to experiment at first to see which brush heads worked with each particular area. I found the smaller round head works well with the baseboards, as well as the floor as I do it in small sections at a time. It also does well cleaning the grout. I use the pointed head for corners and where the baseboards meet at a corner. Since I do small areas at a time, I plug in while I ready the next area with the cleaning product and let it sit a few. So I haven't had an issue with the charge not lasting long enough. I highly recommend this scrubber. I am thrilled with how clean it gets my house.
