Very large and difficult to fit
The cuff is good quality and works with the BP monitor I have, but it is very very large and this makes it hard to fit on the arm - just keeps slipping down. I would have described this as XXL as that gives a better idea of size.

Large cuff works better than the original.
This new cuff works brilliantly. I now get the correct readings for my blood pressure rather than the inaccurate readings I got from the cuff that came with my A&B monitor purely because of its size.

Large Cuff
This cuff fit my arm perfectly. I have got quite wide arms and couldn't find the right size. Now I can easily check my blood pressure and get an accurate reading! I recommend this cuff to people with wide arms.

Bought to go with the A&D BP Monitor I have. I was notified by a nurse that by using a cuff which wasn't the correct size for me I was getting higher readings. I can now take my blood pressure knowing that I am getting the correct reading.

Rip off price
Too expensive. At time of writing cost £10 more than the Blood Pressure tester and smaller cuff combined. It did work well

Easy to use but accuracy seems a problem, compared side by side at gp with manual monitor this had BP lower and did the same with the hospitals automatic monitor. Which is he right BP??

It is good and long which I needed but it is also wide, from end to end, so my arm is barely long enough. I only have short arms though.

Liebe potentielle Käufer, Ich habe mir diese Manschette als Ergänzung zu meinem A&D Messgerät gekauft da ich stärkere Oberarme habe, richtig arbeiten tut das Teil aber nicht. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die nicht vorhandene Anleitung für die Inbetriebnahme denn es ist noch ein Schlauch mit einem L-Verbinder erhalten um einen externen Blasebalg anzuschliessen. Wie man das richtig umbauen soll wenn man nur das Gerät nutzen will steht nirgendwo. 2 weitere Sterne ziehe ich ab da das Teil beim aufpumpen nicht auf das Messgerät abgestimmt zu sein scheint, jeder zweite Messversuch endet in einer Fehlermeldung Fazit: Würde vom Kauf abraten
