Picked this up to replace kettle which packed up was abit bigger than I thought but fits under until fine and saves keep reboiling the kettle keeps it warm. I use higher temp for pasta and gravy so far been ok. I top up with filtered water to keep lime scale down no problems yet, temperature settings could be bigger tho. I like how you can set timer so it turns off and reheats for when you need it either before you get up or get back from work.

Its brilliant if you have owned a one cup or still do bin it this makes a nice HOT cup of tea . The machine itself is simple to use remember to fill it boil it and repeat before 1st use . I bought the 5ltr version 1st thought was WOW its BIG but after a few days Im used to it and would not go back. I like fresh water so fill in the morning it takes a few mins to boil so 1st job of the day . does it stay hot all day YES. I cant see me unplugging it to take out for the day but you can it has a handle and a manual pump so no electricity needed during your day . Family perfect cheap to use much cheaper than a kettle or one cup. The only negative i have is the instructions mention a filter that could not find. very happy and would advice you to buy one and not look back.

Great little boiler! We have this in our kitchen instead of a kettle. It's safer for my husband to use, as he has epilepsy, the water flow stop if your finger comes off the button.

Really simple to use and seems really efficient. I love the timer function so easy to set to come on before you rise in the morning. Doesn't have non slip base so we have ours on a piece of non slip mat. 2 person household and 5 litres lasts most days without re boiling

I’ve had these water boilers for several years now. This make is similar in function and price. I like this style type because you can fill any size cup or container as it dispenses the water from the top of the tank. Very easy to use if you are disabled. Buttons are easy to press but you can use one handed and fill while filling cup, very helpful for me! Running costs are low and if you have a powercut it keeps it hot enough and you can still dispense the water to make a drink!!! Completely recommend

Had one before 3 ltr ,but I brought this one as it is 5ltr ,so much better has temp control ,and a timer so easy to use ,I use it for overnight and sometimes when I am out all day ,all you do is set how many hours overnight say 7hrs all you do is press timer 7 times and it's set comes back on at say 7oc in the morning . Hot water on tap just top up when needed,and you can also reboil if needed .

This has lasted the longest of all water dispensers; had five previously. Make sure you do not fill with tap water to prolong life expectancy. You also have more control over functions as it allows you to re boil, but still dispense if you want a cuppa and capacity is great and light on filler guage is good for seeing how much you have in there. Don't forget to keep it filled though. A re-used milk carton (6 pintsr) does the job.
