Bought this as an adaptogen as I am looking at making sure we can deal in our house with the end of the age of antibiotics. Got the unexpected benefit of hayfever relief. I am usually one of the worst sufferers in the grass pollen season. So far this year I have taken 2 hayfever drug tablets. One was due to exposure to cigarette smoke the previous night at a party and the other was when I saw my daughter really suffering with it and knew we were going out. I have some irritation briefly from time to time, but nothing like the usual extreme symptoms. I have been looking for this for years, and now I have found the natural product... Be aware - this may not work for you, but it's worth a try.

I have been taking this supplement every morning for a morning now and the quality of my sleep has seriously improved. I fall asleep a lot faster and I feel energized most days when I get up. The capsules are also easy to swallow and they taste ok, so overall this is a great product for me. The only reason why I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is because (like with all supplements) I never know how much they are effective and how much is placebo effect.
