Good Small Sling Enclosure
I got the smallest size. Larger enclosures seem to present problems for people but the small one was easy to assemble and is perfect for my chaco sling.

Don’t waste your money
I regret wasting my money on this terrible product. The acrylic sides were scratched up really badly even underneath the protective cover and it was really foggy on the sides. I was being extremely careful while assembling it and it snapped and broke on the first side that I had put together. Also, it doesn’t even have all the air holes that are advertised in the photo. If you are trying to find a good enclosure for a pet, don’t waste your money on this garbage product

used for praying mantis nymphs, with modification
I got the smallest enclosure. These are working perfectly for praying mantis nymphs. The only issue is that they need mesh for the lid because they have to hang upside down to molt. So I designed and 3d printed new lids so that I can switch them out to mesh. I was able to reuse the tab so it "locks" closed like the original acrylic lid.

Good Little Enclosure for the Money
In case you don't have time to read my rather long review... Pros: -Great price -very clear acrylic -simple to put together -plenty of ventilation -small holes Cons: -The bands can break or fly off into the ether and there is only one extra (Update: if you want to buy extra bands, they are just silicone o-rings, size 7x13x3mm. I bought extras and now broken bands aren't an issue. I'll leave it in cons though, because it is an extra purchase) -It's painful to put together, but at least I know they're on there good -ventilation is a little *too* good, as there are so many holes, it interrupts the view of my tarantulas I bought two of these enclosures, basically as a last resort. I had some tarantula slings in some really cloudy plastic enclosures and it made it difficult to observe them. I had to take the lid off to even check if they needed water! I looked extensively for something premade (I can't do DIY at the moment) that met my needs, and I kept coming back to these. Sure, they were cheap and the acrylic is thin, but I'm not keeping Antman in there! So, in the end, I bought these. And I must say, I've been very pleased that I did! They definitely aren't perfect, but I haven't found any enclosures yet that are8. One last thing. There's a 1 star review that has a video of this enclosure refusing to stay closed. The user laments the loss of an OBT sling due to the poor construction of the latch. I took that video at face value, but thought I'd just weigh down or tape the lid if I got one like that. Sure enough, my lid kept popping up. I couldn't even find a reason for it! It wasn't like that until I installed the latch. It was almost as if some force was acting against the MAGNETIC latch to push it up...oh my god! You see where I'm going? It was a major face-palm moment. I had installed the latch backwards, so the magnets' poles were pushing against each other. It was a quick fix. I was embarrassed...but not as much as I would be if I'd posted a negative review because of it.

Several pieces came broken and warped
I bought two of these cases for my Mantids. I was extremely excited when they showed up so quickly. What I was not excited about was the fact that 3 out of the 6 panels were already cracked. Despite that, I still tried to assemble it, only to find out that the pieces are warped. Had it just been cracks to fill, that would've been a simple cosmetic issue. They do not snap in place like they're supposed to, they're not flush, and one piece simply refused to snap into place at all because it was not only broken, but it didn't line up with the other pieces at all. These are awesome little critter Enclosures with awesome ventilation. I've bought smaller ones in the past that went together great. However, the 4x4x7 did not hold up to snuff. I'm afraid to take my other one out of the packaging, as I wish to wait for the seller to instruct me on how to handle receiving a damaged product. These would be perfect if they went together correctly. I've used similar products before and they went together easily. These unfortunately did not.

Why the low ratings?? Don’t be scared.
This thing is amazing. I stayed away from this type of enclosure, with the bands, for so long because of the low ratings. Finally tried this one because there was NOTHING else out there that I considered appropriate housing for my spider ( I tried others, bigger ones, “better”ones) but this is the best. It’s SOLID. This is NOT going to fall apart on you. Yes it’s a little hard to get the bands on but that’s WHY it’s so stable and solid. It’s cute, quality, spider likes it, I like it. 5 stars. Yes tiny prey like fruit flies, or tiny slings could probably escape. Buying more like this in varying sizes for other spiders!

It comes with protective film, it is not opaque!
Good quality for the price. Feels sturdy. Easy to assemble with clear instructions. ***THERE IS A PROTECTIVE FILM WHEN DELIVERED, IT IS NOT OPAQUE lol

It warps, plain and simple.
DO NOT GET THIS ENCLOSURE FOR SLINGS. Don't get me wrong, it's made of decent acrylic and it seems very sturdy––however, it warps. The lid warps and I've even flipped the lid upside down and reseated the magnetic latch and it was okay for a day, and now I can see that it is warping once more. What is the point of a sling enclosure if the lid warps providing ample space for a sling to slip out? I bought a proper enclosure *props to Tarantula Cribs* but I'm now concerned my sling is in pre-molt and I don't want to disturb her, so now I don't know what to do. It's my first tarantula altogether and this enclosure was probably the worst I could have gotten. Spend a little more money for ease of mind and buy a Tarantula Crib from their website. What were these manufacturers thinking? Just a bunch of peeps trying to make a quick buck at the expense of our pets.
