Vita Biosa is a fermented tonic with active lactic acid bacteria and herbs. It is the combination of lactic acid bacteria and herbs, as well as the substances that are formed during the fermentation, that makes Vita Biosa so unique. Vita Biosa is made of: Water, organic molasses, organic dried herbs and GMO-free fermentation cultures. During the fermentation process, organic acids are naturally formed by lactic acid bacteria converting carbohydrates into organic acids such as lactic acid. Organic acids serve a range of functions in our natural digestive system. When the fermentation process is complete the product is sugar free, and is also naturally self preserving. 19 different herbs are used in the production of Vita Biosa. In the production process, the 19 herbs are mixed in and fermented with the product. When the product is ready, the herbs are removed, leaving the fermented extract.
