I have had this product before and I am hoping it will help to bring my blood pressure down. It might be too soon to tell yet. I have to say, though that it is a very tasty and nutritious item to add to your kitchen. It made my spag bol taste really fabulous. I just eat one or two when I feel like. They don't smell at all and actually taste like licquorice. I like them and they suit me.

tastes great, but I wont be buying again, is not enough better then the garlic we can cook ourselves

Omg! It’s the first time I’ve used black garlic. What a surprise I’ve had , it’s sweet, sticky , and lovely. You can add it to anything totally different taste to raw garlic. Definitely buy again.

Arrived on time & well packaged. Good product. However If you love garlic this tastes entirely different with a sweet molasses flavour & chewy texture, therefore lacks garlic flavour in cooking, ie garlic mushrooms taste only of mushrooms! But nice to eat antipasti with olives & cured meats etc

Wanted to cook a pork casserole today, so one of my ingredients was a pot of this black garlic. I was intrigued when I spotted it on the site and decided to try some. I did find a very slight smell of garlic upon opening the pot. Popped the lot into the casserole. It's absolutely delicious when cooked. Very lovely. I will get it again.

If you like garlic, you will like this. Soft black cloves of garlic. I was able to eat them straight from the container! Recommended! I have not seen a vampire since buying them!! I don't have any bite marks on my neck either! Don't become one of the undead and buy this product today!!

I found them too sweet, I only wanted them for health benefits, Husband did not like them but forced them down because he has heart disease. I did not use them for cooking but perhaps I should look for some recipes, will they still be as healthy after being cooked? Normally I love garlic and I think they do not cause you to have garlic breath which is a bonus for friends. I will persevere with them and read more of the benefits so that I have more reasons to keep on eating them.

Uso ormai da tanto tempo l'aglio nero in cucina. Premesso che è buono da mangiare anche così come si trova nel barattolo, l'ho uso spesso per fare delle salse per accompagnare carne o pesce. O per dare sapore ai brodi. Si può usare anche per preparazioni dolci, l'unico limite è la fantasia. Per chi ama sperimentare è un must

Ottimo prodotto, profumatissimo e privo di aromi strani. Talmente tenero che si può spalmare.
