The Babydust Method: A Guide to Conceiving a Girl or a Boy

I read this book recommended by a friend. I’m not too sure if it was the book or a combination of the book and lots of manifestation. But we got a little baby girl after having 2 boys!! Worth a read anyways as it is interesting even if your not fussed on baby’s gender.

I spent months researching how to conceive a girl. I got myself very confused and frustrated at conflicting advice on the internet. This book doesn't ask you to follow a silly diet or take a certain supplement. Instead, it gives simple and clear advice on increasing the chances of conceiving the sex of your choice. If you follow the instructions then your chances of conceiving your chosen gender are high and I must say it worked for me! I am now pregnant with a baby girl. The book is quick and simple to read and the author (Kathryn) is lovely! She answered questions for me and was very warm and friendly! I can't thank her enough!!!! This book is a must for anyone who wants to conceive a certain sex. Good luck to you all and I hope you all get the baby you are dreaming of :)

I brought the book as well as joining the Facebook group. For me I felt really compelled to try a sway method to conceive a boy and I really didn’t want anything too invasive, ph or diet or anything like that. For that reason alone this method appealed to me combining just timing and frequency. I am currently expecting a boy after following this method successfully. The author is so helpful and very easily contactable through the Facebook group and always happy to chat and answer questions. For me the book helped give a much more scientific basis for the sway and included the trials and sciences behind it. Whether I can truly contribute my successful sway to this method or not is anyone’s guess really, but I am so grateful that but giving it a chance, I’ve ended up with the big I hoped for. It was well worth the try for me.

I support any mother wanting to earn something and do better for themselves, however I do think this is based on one person's apoinions and articles and facts I've already read freely online, it's good that she's gathered this information all in one place, as for it working can't really say but results I'd say are still quite negative there's still alot of gender sways with this method and it not happened the way they wanted, I think purchasing this book you must be open minded to either gender, but you will gain so much insight to what your body is doing. I don't think it's any use if you have irregular cycles or pcos. Ttc can be very stressful and it can add preasure if you have pcos don't gender sway I'm a pregnancy machine and we have struggled. We have decided to do chilled approach now and take bdm out. But in all its a good read for someone to gain more insight about ttc and their own body in general. The lady that did this book I don't think she deserves a negative review for something that didn't work for us or many others as it still offers other things.

There has been no girls born on my OH paternal side in 60 years and with having a son together I honestly thought I was only going to have boys! After some research I found the BDM and followed it completely. You can't believe our shock when we found out that it worked and I'm having the first girl born after 60 years! The odds were completely against me but with a little hope and some BDM our dreams have come true. I can't thank Kathryn enough for writing this book. Her methods do work aslong as you do everything she says for your desired gender. I so hope others will have the same results! If your yearning for a certain gender just give this method a try. You might be very surprised like myself and have it work!

This method is amazing!!!!! We conceived a little boy the second month trying after having 3girls by following this simple method. The book is easy to read and the science behind it is easy to understand. Follow the method exactly and your chances of conceiving your desired sex is pretty high. The support group is also amazing and the author will answer any queries you might have. No need to bother with any other crazy methods all you need is this book!!! Simply AMAZING!!!

Very easy read and extremely informative with charts and everything . Hoping for a girl after my son 🤞🏻. .

Myself and my partner are thinking about having a baby, and we have expressed we would love a boy first. I was curious, but very dubious, so I didn't (and still kind of don't) believe that you can put a high probability on sex selection. After reading this I remain intrigued; the science behind it is descriptive, and seems logical, but you have to remember you will always have natural factors that play a part that happen outside the probabilities of this book. I also bought the book about the Shettle's method, but this one seems to make a little more sense in regards to the theory behind the timing, what you can check for pre-ovulation and get more acquainted with your monthly cycle.

Great book! This book is easy to read and explains the science behind the method in a way that anyone can understand. It also includes helpful step by step instructions along with sample charts. After reading the book, charting and following the babydust method for conceiving a baby girl my wife ended up pregnant with her long dreamed of daughter after having our 2 sons! I highly reccommend this book to anyone who is interested in choosing the sex of their next child.

Easy read

We followed the book to the letter trying for a baby boy. In addition we used evening primrose oil supplements, added potassium to our diet and lowerd our dairy intake. Could be just coincidence, but I like to think the book worked for us. We were told Friday that we're expecting a little boy.
