I don't know whether other people use it for meringues. I use it to harden icing and it is a very good product. Much better than powdered egg white on its own

Haven't used this yet but I am sure it won't be long before I do I will be able to use it for lots of recipes thanks

Ideal for my for what I wanted to use it, great for pavlova ,royal icing and other things in general

I was a little disappointed. It took ages for it to whisk up to the desired thickness, and it needed more powder adding to the amount of water stated. Not very economical. I like Wilton products, and this is the first item made by them that I've been disappointed with.

Eccellente sostituto dell'albume, sono bastati 10 minuti nello sbattitore per aver una ghiaccia reale perfetta. Consigliato a tutti. Basta variare la qtà d'acqua per ottenere una ghiaccia fluida e facile da usare come riempitivo.

This meringue works very well for me I've bought less expensive and it makes a difference. If you're taking the time to make royal icing its worth it spend the mo ey on good quality.
