I like that I can go to my "ordered" list and purchase again. These are my favorite biotin capsules. They're small and thin, so I can swallow them easy. Most importantly, they work. My hair grows, nails too. Of course you'll have to trim your eyebrows, nose hairs, and toenails more, but they work! The hair on your head will grow.

I hate to make hasty assumptions but I had been having a lot of hair loss. My thyroid is acting up and that is one of the side effects that quickly clue me into knowing what's happening. I know how many vitamins and pills that can actually remove necessary minerals or additional vitamins from your system that you need to make up somehow. I also know that there are some type of vitamins and minerals that we can't actually consume enough of in their natural form so what to do? Take a potent supplement equal to the amount needed by your body (after speaking to your doctor.) I didn't but I already have gone through this many times. I can say truly admit the results now. I've been using it for about 2 months and have noticed very few hairs on the wooden floor. That's a fact. That's my proof rather than a placebo effect, that it works. Prior to taking these there was always quite a bit of hair on the floor and even after brushing! The first time the hair loss happened before I knew it was my thyroid, I went to brush my hair prior to leaving work, associate was standing near me. As I finished a quick brush through, my brush was filled with a huge piece of my hair! I was shocked, so was my co-worker! We both had no clue??? Well now I know there is something that needs this and obviously is helping due to so much less hair loss, same as before. I also began using a filter on my water that helped also. This is a fabulous aide in overall hair, skin and nails. The cost for it's value is awesome!

Amazing! I’ve tried other brands, even maximum dose of 10000 mcg. This works the best. My lashes are growing beautifully now! I started taking this two months ago and I have seen better results with my hair in general, faster than any other brand for longer periods of time!
