Yes it feels similar to Icy Hot. Not as intense, but you will get that sensation for about an hour.

Does this cream work for itchy scalp?

Never tried for scalp. If you have short hair that may work. I would try on small area first. I would probably wet hands. Disclaimer: Check with doctor. Try at your own risk.

Big disappointment

I had very big issue with delivery it's was delight for more than a week. About using the product smoke useful at all for me I use it and I don't see any improvements I don't recommend to buy it.
