The steam attachment pushes steam through the dairy milk fine. I don’t know enough about the chemistry & properties of nuts to give you an answer. Although I personally don't drink coffee my husband and two boys do and they love the different coffee drinks from this machine. I have used it for Hot Chocolate and Tea and they are great. Really like the fact that the milk is a separate jug that you pour from rather than the milk being automatically added as you can then use what ever mug you like without worrying drink will overflow. ### ⭐ Broken-doesnt work *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 5 April 2020* Machine doesnt work. The milk doesnt heat up or froth and the espresso shot water doesnt stop automatically. The frother seems to work ok on the odd occasions its used.
