Keeps me healthy!

So i got mine today (Quick delivery too) and was a little sceptical of the colour. Mixed with a little warm water and it looks like "MUDDY WATER" to be honest. It tasted a little sour only, not what I was expecting at all after reading up on it and it felt quite grainy and left a horrible dry feeling in my mouth. It is palatable but I am thinking of adding it to my morning regime of ACV, honey and cayenne pepper for added benefits and see what that does. I am hoping using Amla powder will not only give the boost of vit c and other anti oxidant benefits but also maybe a bit of weight loss too. So maybe another review in several weeks if I've lost a few pounds by then lol

Me and my partner tried this for the first time, we mixed 1 tsp with some warm water and honey. We drank 2 mouthfulls and it tasted so bitter. It then made us both sick about 5 minutes after. Not sure why?

I don't know if it is doing me any good as I have been only trying it for a couple of weeks . I take half a teaspoon in a cup of warm water with a little honey. It still tastes horrible! My tip is to use a straw as I think it would strip the enamel of your teeth.

Polvere do ottima qualità veramente fine. Acquistata di qualità alimentare perche' ne conoscevo gli effetti benefici per i capelli e per la pelle essendo ricchissima di vitamina c, ma volevo anche poterla mangiare in quanto gli effetti si sarebbero amplificati su tutto l'organismo. Ha un sapore amaro ed essendo una polvere non si scioglie nelle bevande per cui si dopo un po' che non si beve si deposita sul fondo. Personalmente ne metto un mezzo cucchiaino nello yogurt e poi mescolare bene. Il risultato è più che buono con un sapore leggermente agro che non dispiace. Per gli effetti aspetto perche

Buen producto ayurvédico. Lo mezclo con semillas de calabaza, girasol y sésamo (molido) en iguales proporciones y tomo una cucharada en un vaso con agua y un poco de azúcar (el amla es muy ácido). Antioxidante perfecto! Bien empacado y entrega rapida.
