Comfortable buds with reasonable sound quality for the price. "Noise cancellation" seems to be mechanical, blocking ambient noise with the buds, but I only use them for getting to sleep, so not an issue. The volume control slides & works fine, but cuts out at minimum level, so I just increase the source volume a little & that works. Overall, for the price, these buds are fine.

These were an absolute surprise. The buds fit well in my ear and do not hurt after wearing them for a while (I work from home, so sometimes put buds in just to dampen noise) The quality of sound is good. There is a volume slider on the cord but no additional features. The quality of calls is good and the clarity is great. For the cost, it's a great set to keep around the house, in a backpack or jacket. I have used them while lying down, but I am paranoid about damaging the bud (which is how my previous set broke). So far they have been fine, though.

Gone through a few in-ear phones from Amazon. Sony has best sound. JVC, Poineer, Panasonic have reasonable sound too. But they all suffered the same fate within weeks. Lost sound in one ear piece. (I sleep with it in. These Mas Carneys have lasted 2 months and counting. Survived the tossing and turning and still going strong. And I still have a spare in waiting. All for £7. Will definitely buy again. Sound is good, no complaints. 5 stars without a doubt. Good fit in ears too. You can't go wrong. Best earphones for me ever.

Only one ear works, the wire comes all bent, the part where it enters the phone doesn't fit properly so it keeps making the video pause and then restart as well as sound cutting out completely. DO NOT BUY. These are a waste of money. Non brand supermarket ones are better.

Great product , great value I have bought several of these over the years

I got these for listening to podcasts at work, which they are fine for. Luckily there is two pairs in the pack as one has already decided to only play out of one ear after a couple of weeks. Update: two months in and they're both kaput. I'd say don't bother as theatre false economy. I'm gonna get some better ones instead.

Update: totally ignore below about missing unit! The other pair was in the bottom of the box. I've now used these headphones and they're really pretty good! I use them for listening to the TV late at night and they're great for that. I can hear both music/sound effects and verbal chatting on TV really clearly. Bass even seems surprisingly good for economy headphones. I think this is because the unique shape gets them right into the ear, where they are comfortable and stay put. These were definitely a good purchase! 👍🏼 ***Ignore below - see update above*** An item was missing from my delivery. I ordered a 2 pack. Only 1 unit was delivered.

My set failed on one side within 6 weeks of use, is this because of cheap workmanship, have re-ordered a reolacement, hope same thing does not happen again
