I send my ideas and they replied quickly (sometimes within minutes) with answers to my questions. They replied with a design sample several times as I worked out what I wanted. I noticed several other vendors of these projectors said they would only do one color for the included gobo. This company took a full color photo with my text on top for a very professional look. Very satisfied with the final product. Projector is bright and easy to use. Just plug it in. Getting the gobo in the projector took only a few minutes, and will be even easier next time. Review: Happyyyy but have my worries! - I love my GOBO. It’s great! The only issue is logo it’s not the sharpest but I think the logo we used maybe had too much detail. Definitely best to stay simple and plain. Only other thing to know is the GOBO gets extremely hot. Not sure how long it will last as after about 30minutes it is too hot to touch.
