The blade size and shape are awesome for doing produce & meat prep without having things stick to the sides of your blade. The biggest complaint we have is in the handles. The non-slip material has very obvious, jagged seams that can be rough on your hands unless you sand them down. The curvature of the blade also isn't the most ergonomic, but obviously that's subjective.
