Appalling and deceptive product image
Appalling presentation ... deceptive Amazon image showing product displayed in branded gift box .. perfect for a gift as intended.. however, arrived in nasty plastic warehouse bag sealed with a bar code sticker.. This is supposed to be a premium product being priced at over £30 for just 100ml of hand/body wash, this is very poor indeed and will be returned for a refund.

This was advertised in a box but it did not arrive in a box, which made me wonder if it was genuine Jo Malone hand wash.

Did not arrive in a box, just the bottle not as advertised..false advertisement be extra cautious misleading product description. Do not buy. Get direct from jo Malone. At least you get the brand box not just a bottle in a cardboard Amazon envelope.might as well be Amazon's product
