Helps them breathe!
So so helpful when kids are sick! You know when they have a hard time falling asleep because their nose is so stuffed up? Well, this works great to spray in their nose just before they go to bed. So they can breathe long enough to fall asleep! The way that it dispenses is kind of strange though and a couple times it has slipped off my thumb and hurt my kids nose. So be careful with that!

This is excellent for nasal congestion. I use it not only for children, but also for myself, an adult, and it works just as well for me. The spray is gentle and even.
