I have been using Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics for 20 + years. To me, and I believe many others, I/we feel that these are by far the Best Probiotics on the market. They have helped me so much. I have always kept them on hand and used them as I needed them (these were the best things I took when I got food poisoning once.) However as of a few months ago I take them daily.
