Works great, well worth the money.
I love this metal plate. We remodeled our kitchen and got an induction stove but wanted to use our existing cookware. It allows our stainless steel pots to heat water pretty quickly. We use it every day and it's extended the longevity of our cookware.

Works perfectly for small pots like turkish coffee or mocapot
Bought this to use with my Turkish coffee pot on a gas stove, and it’s exactly what I needed. The pot was way too small for the stove grates and always felt like it might tip or fall through. This heat conduction plate solved that instantly. It sits nicely on the burner and gives a stable surface for smaller cookware. The heat spreads evenly, so I don’t have to worry about hot spots or scorching the coffee. The removable handle is a nice touch too—makes it easy to move around without burning your hands, and it stores away easily when not in use. If you use smaller pots or specialty cookware that doesn’t sit well on standard gas grates, this is definitely worth picking up. It’s simple, well made, and does exactly what it’s supposed to.

Must use upside down on induction stove!!!!! Or it will damage your INDUCTION STOVE
Works great when used upside down, if used the correct way with the feet down, the concentration of heat from the plate will melt/damage the top surface of the induction stove as the plate gets to hot and concentrates the heat on the induction stove top in the feet of the plate to the induction stove. If you place the plate upside down "flat side down" the heat gets dispersed evenly on the induction stove top and does not cause damage. Id consider this a design flaw for induction stoves in the heat plate.

Poor quality.
Lasted a week before the top and bottoms discs physically separated. Turned from silver to copper.

For those pots not compatible with Induction Cooktops
I have an induction cooktop and love it! It heats up faster and cooks hotter. And when you turn it off, it’s off. When I installed it, I mourned having to get rid of my Calphalon cookware…. only to find out there are these “heat conduction plates” available to put on top of the induction burner and then any pot that is not compatible works - and it works perfectly. I suggest getting a 6 inch diameter rather than a larger one; it works for larger pots as well.

Doesn’t get pans super hot
It does get non-iron pans hot, but the hottest it gets on its surface is about 220F at full blast on an induction burner. Good for warming, not so much for cooking. DON’T TURN IT OVER like another review suggested. It damaged my cooktop because it got so hot.
