Love love love this toaster. Not only is it so gorgeous sitting on my kitchen counter, it toasts bread, english muffins & other bread products to perfection with its adjustable dial for lightness/darkness, and it defrosts bread just out of the freezer. The copper trim is stunning against the black framework of the toaster. Why buy a toaster that you use every day only to have to hide it in a cabinet? While Hayden is a bit more costly, this toaster is worth the extra dollars.

Turquoise color matched my mixer and teapot. Easy to use the three different settings. Love the retro look! Works beautifully for toast, bagel and defrost setting for frozen bread!

This is a wonderful toaster!! My tried and true toaster broke and I had to go on the search for a new toaster as the one I had was no longer available. I purchased and returned 3 toasters as they didn’t work. I finally decided to spend a little more and get this Haden Heritage toaster. It is worth every penny! It toasts evenly, holds our larger bagels, the depth and width are perfect. The temperature and toasting are perfect. It’s super easy to use. The toaster is sturdy and of great quality! It also happens to be very cool looking!! It’s like fun kitchen decor. I love the colors and overall design.

Looks great, works well. A bit pricey for basic toaster features. It is hard to tell what toasting level it is set to. Basically have to turn to zero and count the clicks on the dial.

Buyer be aware. After only a couple of years with adult only gentle usage a knob came off. This isn't some cheap toaster. It was $99. The seller says the knobs cannot be replaced or reattached. And of course, I'm past my warranty. Must be made to break. Seriously disappointed. Its a beautiful toaster.

Although I returned it. It was well made, pretty. The reason I didn’t keep it was by the picture the color it looked like a rose gold which is what I wanted.
