Great gels !
My husband has been a runner for forty years now and swears by these gels . His favourite are the tropical ones and he would highly recommend them for giveing him energy.

Nothing to dislike brought for daughter and son inlaw,they said tasted great and instantly felt the difference in recovery time, fantastic for Hydration,great Variety of flavours you can get,Texture fine,Good source of vitamins, size easy to put in bag with gym stuff ,no space needed and no extra weight

Gels are always Good - Tropical 10/10
SIS Gels are the best out there currently. So of course these are brill... to Speak more to the Flavour - Tropical flavour is top tier. Purchased the Blackcurrant too, which is hit 'n' miss for some, but I think its good, especially if on a deal.

Great price - will not give you superpowers.
Got these on prime day at a great price and have used them for a while for half marathons. Won't make you into superman but clears your mind and puts a bit more energy into your legs, which when they run out of steam you'll wish you had some.

Gentle on the tummy
SIS gels are a bit thicker than some others, but I really like this flavour, the tropical flavour perks me up. There can be a bit fiddly to open, particularly if you've got sweaty hands, but with a bit of practice, they are absolutely fine. They work really well for me

I used to use Gu energy gels but recently switched to these. The flavour is good and the $ per unit is decent. The one thing I wasn't expecting is how big these are. They're easily 2-3X the size of a regular gel. This is because they're very liquid. So they're easy to drink quickly and you also get some added hydration. I really like that for my 10k runs. I'd imagine they might be a bit awkward to carry multiples for a longer run. Recommended!

I buy boxes of this stuff a year for mtn biking. My typical weekend ride is typically 40 miles or more. Weekday rides average 15 miles. Wo the instant energy it provides, I couldn't still do what I love at 58yo

I tried the SIS gels off a recommendation from my running coach. The viscosity of the gels help them go down much easier, even when running at higher speeds. They provide a nice energy boost soon after ingesting and have great flavour!
