I used this all over my hair and scalp first. Then I used my moisturizing shampoo. Finished up with leaving my conditioner on for about 5 minutes. My ends were so much smoother than the times I skip washing them and just condition. I will use this either every week to every other week. I don’t feel as though it has a really strong scent that lingers, which is great! I have several friends with sensitivities.
