Helped the ball of my feet

The gel pads inside the fabric are small for UK size 12 feet. They do not cover all the ball of foot area. The pads also looks very thin, but at least they still help to improve the pressure in the covered area. Unfortunately, the unprotected area is still vulnerable to develop blisters (something I also wanted to avoid wearing these gel pads). I had one gel pads from a big chain of pharmacies and they were big enough to cover all that area and thicker. Definitely, these gel pads are better for smaller feet (I bought the UK size 7-12 version). Other issue is that the friction of the elastic bands has caused blisters in my small fingers and the middle one when there is the separation between the big finger and the others. Thus, I have to put some tape to protect my fingers. I'm still wearing this product even though I need to take some extra measures before going outdoors wearing them.

Foot pain in the ball of the foot is a very personal thing and possibly everyone is different. I started getting pains in the ball of my foot after prolonged street walking 20-30k steps per day, Whilst stopping completely is not an option which is possibly the best thing for a part of the foot that has little cushioning of its own, the cushion pads do help and enabled walking and effectively reduced pressure/pain on that area of my foot, and more effective than "fatigue" insoles for shoes. Downsides - they take a bit of getting used to as in reality it just an elasticated tubular bandage with a hole cut for your big toe and one for the rest with a gel pad sewed in underneath. It does slip after long walks and feels like a sock that is about to come off so needs some adjusting every so often. Can take washing in a machine at 40 and hasn't shrunk so far If i was able and capable of making my own version having used these for a few weeks I think a constructed two layer full sock with a larger ball gel pad would work better and be more comfortable. Hope this is helpful to anyone thinking of buying.

I really wanted these to work, i have Mortons Neuroma and they relieved the pain for about 20 minutes until I could no longer bear the discomfort. I am a Uk size 9 so ordered the 7-12 size. Unfortunately the seams are so tight that it cut into my foot between the toes and then around the foot. I had to cut the stitching at the toe area and then the seam around the foot became unbearable. See photo, this was 5 minutes after taking it off! I wish the people who designed these had to wear them for the day, the seams are so big they just cut into the foot I also tried to alleviate the elastic pressure around the rim by cutting the elastic. This has worked for the discomfort of the elastic but now it doesn’t stay in place. All in all they are not great and as I have tried to make them comfortable I can no longer return. Which I absolutely would if i hadn’t needed to try and find a way to relieve the pain. A waste of money.

Comes up very small . I bought medium as I have size 4 shoe but it cuts into my toe and across the foot. Had to give up on it as it was painful to wear

Die größeren Teile sind trotzdem sehr eng bemessen. Die Stoffteile sind mir viel zu fest in der Struktur und die Löcher könnten etwas weiter sein. Die Größe XL fehlt generell!

Utilizo estas almohadillas diariamente en el gimnasio, para entrenamientos de alto impacto tipo dance / Zumba. Cuando no utilizaba protección mis pies sufrían mucho, me salían callosidades, ampollas, etc. Estas almohadillas han solucionado parcialmente estos inconvenientes y con ayuda de otros protectores mantengo mis pies libres de ampollas. Sin duda volveré a comprar más porque dispongo sólo de un par y tengo que estar lavándolas diariamente. Al principio es posible sentir alguna molestia o incomodidad entre los dedos, pero luego uno se acostumbra a estas almohadillas. El gel da bastante comodidad al pisar. Recomiendo su compra.
