These are great generators. Easy to set up. We were affected by a 3 day power outage during the LA fires last January. These generators are a life saver saver. We own two of these same models and we were able to keep our refrigerator and chest freezer going. We would leave them plugged in for alternating off and on 3 hour cycles. We wereable to use the microwave, small appliances, lamps and CPAP with ease. We had a front load washer stuck mid cycle and were able to finish the load. We purchased 4 100 foot extension cords to reach throughout the house. The cords are kept on reels in storage inside the house so they are readily available.

Very happy with the quality of their product. Only wish they could add a bag to hold all the cables that come with the unit.

First, I'd like to mention I've purchased other things from anker that have worked well for years. I like how easy the 767 is to setup. The display has all the info you want to know. I haven't used the 200w panels yet because I plan on using these during travel. At home, I have panels already setup, the station can plug into it and use them through any house outlet. It powers all the van lights, fans, tv and radio. Plus a fridge, cell booster, computer and ac. I've been showing it off to friends and family. Everyone has been impressed. I haven't had a single power outage since I acquired the powerhouse 767. There's very little I disliked about the 767. What I don't like about the 767 is how the app sometimes will not connect unless you press a button on the station. Once you have it search for devices, it connects right up. If I have to press buttons on the station, I wouldn't need the app. So, the app gets very little use. Furthermore, I'd like to compliment Anker. They were able to take very good care of me during our correspondences throughout the purchase. Thank you, Anker.

Lets Start with the SOLIX F2000 Solar Generator! Well built, it is working as advertised, very happy with it! I give it 5 stars! Now the solar panels! Not so impressed! I have not used them yet but I am sure they will work fine! My problem is the build quality especially the cheesy, cheap kickstands that hold the panels up! Flimsy and weak! Our Kansas winds will flatten them or send them flying! I will figure out a solution but am disappointed Anker would put out something like this for what they coast! Shame on you Anker trying to save a few bucks! 3 Stars based on the build!

I purchased this with high expectations from all the positive reviews and product reviews on YouTube. I am unfortunately very disappointed. ** See Update at end of review! The product came with 2 200 watt solar panels and all the connection cables to hook them up to the Power station. I chose the 2x200 Watt version because that way, if you damage one panel while camping you still have 1/2 of your generation capability remaining. The 400watt panel configuration offered no such advantage. I just got this and immediately set it up for testing and to familiarize myself with it. It is quite easy to understand and get set up however, in testing the setup (in my North Central California home) I found that the most I can get out of both solar panels combined was about 210-220watts of input. Testing with them individually attached, it about 80-90watts per panel. or about 40-45% efficiency. This is in an unobstructed, cloudless sky (no haze) under direct sun with the panel positioned optimally for the angle of the sun. The results were the same/similar over multiple days and multiple hours of testing. When I called Support they took me through confirming my set up was correct, resetting the power unit to factory defaults, and verifying the firmware was the latest version. Then the phone disconnected, there was no call back, and all contact since then has had to be thru email/web site. Once I explained all of this in the report and sent it to them…i received what appears to be a canned response About Luminance, Angle, and Temperature of the panels and how these factors lower the efficiency of the panels - but no addressing my email, report of power production problems or of my support call. PATHETIC! For the lack of support reasons, and especially since there is a NO RETURNS Policy - even when defective…I would recommend caution when purchasing this product from this Seller! I will update this review should I get a better reply from Support of help in repairing or replacing this unit with one that works as advertised. ** Update!! I was finally contacted by support with an apology for the lack of support and the hassle and they sent me 2 new 200 watt solar panels without need to send the original under performing panels back. After hooking up the new panels and testing at mid day with the angle of the panels confirmed to be oriented optimally for midday california sun on a cloudless day (no haze) the new panels produced at about 60% efficiency…far better than the 40% I was getting from the 1st set of panels. While I am still not happy with the overall performance of the solar panels, the battery itself seems to work flawlessly and getting a no hassle set of panels to replace the original panels makes it a worthwhile purchase. Considering that I can hook up all 4 panels and get the full 400watts that 2 panels are rated at seems like a hassle in itself, at least I have 400watts of DC Solar Input at the original price. My advice: If you are buying this system or from this manufacturer, immediately upon receipt test out the setup to ensure that you are getting the promised performance out of your unit. Additionally, I purchased the add on accidental damage insurance offered on Amazon as it recently paid for a microwave oven which had failed just outside of the manufacturer’s warranty period.

Love the generator. It was very handy during a power outage. Quiet and clean.

works very well for camping! easy to set up and move around as needed would suggest that camping or emergency use is the best function of this unit. I have been able to run a full-size chest freezer off of the power storage for 24 hours with 0 solar input.

It's a nice little generator. I was hoping it would run my RV/Horse trailer fridge overnight. However, it doesn't have enough battery storage, so I will add an Anker battery. When it is sunny, the batteries recharge in about 2.5 hours. The panels are easy to set up. I recommend that they provide a carry case for the panels, something that Bluetti (a competitor to Anker) does.

Looks to be a great back up solution for winter and will power my camper when off grid in the summer

I’ve had this product for approximately four months. It worked great for the first month and then I found it took longer to charge over the next one to two months and now it won’t take a charge at all. I’ve tried contacting customer support, but could not get through. Left my phone number for someone to call me back and no one has called.

Wow is all I can say. Product quality, app ease, pricing, packaging all top notch. But I mist say, the customer service goes over and beyond for you the customer. Had a few small things and they addressed and corrected within hours. You won't be disappointed with this product!!
