Germinated and produced - variety tasted good!
I bought two of these for use when the soil warms up, but wanted to check that they would germinate so I sowed a we seeds even though it was late in the year. They germinated fine and produced pods which tasted great. I will order more now to sow later. Easy to plant, good size seed and as I had several pods within a few weeks I like the variety! With the price of edamame they should be good value for money and more nutritious!

High germination rate in northeast
High germination rate in the northeast. Nice sturdy growth. The size was perfect - until the rabbit beat us to the harvest (fence was delayed). Will purchase again next year.

Germination was 100%, healthy, sturdy plants. Great tasting edamame
This particular type of soybean produced very healthy plants and many 3-4 bean pods per plant. There is something wonderful about edamame fresh from the garden. I froze what i couldn't eat and have just recenly run out (harvested in October, ran out in March). I ordered more seeds for this year and look forward to my next crop. Excellent source of protein.

Good seeds for Soy Beans - non-GMO heirlooms - that's about as good as it gets
I have heard great things about these seeds. My daughter and I are avid gardeners and we both want to grow these soybeans and see how they do in the 2026 harvest. Full disclosure: we haven't planted these seeds yet as it is yet to be the right season to do so. But we anticipate these will grow well and produce well when we do plant them. Maybe I will remember to come back and update this review in 2026 when we have these seeds growing in our gardens. That might be more helpful than this anticipation stuff. At any rate, when you do plant food plants, you want to plant non-GMO heirloom seeds so you get the best plants possible. Then, as your harvest is coming to a close, reserve some of your seeds from your growing plants and use them to plant your next season's crop. That way, you save money and you know they will grow because they came directly from your soil and your plants that you grew from seeds. Keep the circle going!
