Manufacturing defect - Seller issued refund

Cyan toner was keyed and labeled as Yellow toner.Unfortunately, Cyan is what I was completely out of.Vendor issued RMA / Return promptly.

Does not print well in Recoh C430DN

The print quality is unusable with my Ricoh C430 DN. I'm not sure if the toner powder needs a different temperature than the fuser supplies or what. Print is very splotchy and light. I swapped back out with my old cartridges that were low and print is back to normal.Also, the Yellow did not have the appropriate tabs snipped off. That part isn't a huge deal but worth mentioning.
