Excellent Vitamin K supplement
Vitamin K helps the absorption of Vitamin D. When I changed to this brand of supplement, my Vit D level rose (confirmed by blood test); the K supplement I had used before was not as effective in helping absorption.

This is a deceptive lie! It is not 45 mg it is 45 µg which is the tiniest dose that won't do anything! Do not buy this product.
