Had a small issue called support, fixed it totally, John was great

This was working well, until it completely died. No power to the unit - replaced cord, still no power. Disappointed in the high price for it to be broken already. Would leave zero stars if I could. Update: company reached out asking if I wanted a refund for my experience. I said yes, more than 4 weeks later the refund has not been issued.

Setting up the product was a bad experience. The instructions were unclear and several of the pages were printed out of order. You need a 2.4ghz connection with phone and the device to actually connect to anything, but nowhere in the website or instructions does it mention that as an issue. Customer support did not pick up the phone after waiting 2 hours. The software itself does not work, when I ran the reports it would skip the first of the month and some dates after. The formatting of the reports is also awful and difficult to read. You can't access the reports remotely, you need to be on the same network. There is no PC software. Facial Recognition worked, but overall this product failed to perform basic time clock actions. Would not recommend to anyone.
