I've got a broken finger, will this work as strapping? Very active so stretchy tape is what I need so I can still bend the middle joint.

Contrary to the other answers I find this tape far better than similar products by other brands, being stickier and stretchier like Elastoplast has traditionally been. As to its use on a broken finger, I cannot advise.

And the size of these are ?

The small round x 8 are 23mm. diam. Strips x 20 are 22mm wide x 72mm long Strips x 10 are 30mm wide x 72mm long Strips x 2 are 50mm wide x 72mm long

Hi, these plasters are not thick or cushioned in any way, they literally just cover sores. I had to use them for my toe for a long time and they worked for me but they had to be covered by a sock as I found that uncovered the corners did tend to catch and start rolling up peeling away quite quickly. But as they aren’t cushioned, I’m not sure how helpful they’ll be in protecting your heels from blisters etc if that’s your concern. Hope this helps.
