All products in US are supposed to come with warranty information. This product does not and there is no US number to callThere is an email on the product box that no one replies toThere is a picture description of the product on amazon that shows 1 year warranty but that is irrelevant if there is no way to reach the manufacturerI've called amazon 3 times about this and they were not able to provide a working phone number to the seller.The product overall is a good product but in my case stopped working after 6 months

Pleasantly surprised
My aunt bought each of my kiddos one of these cameras for Christmas. The pink one for my daughter (age 8) and a black one for my son (age 11). They have taken them everywhere and just love taking pictures with them. Because we just got them we have yet to print any of the pictures they took but I’m sure they’ll turn out well.
