EASY TO USE Simply set the TWIST by turning the outer ring counterclockwise until you reach your desired whole minute (up to 90 minutes). Press the "Play" button above the digital screen. During countdown, the middle digital number display shows the remaining minutes and seconds. The digital tick marks start as a full disk regardless of the set duration and move clockwise. Without losing your set duration, the timer can be paused during your activity and restarted by pressing the "Play/Pause" button. A continuous alarm notifies you when the time is up and lasts a minute, but can be shortened by pressing the "Pause" button. The Time Timer TWIST is not recommended for noise-sensitive environments.
