Super, super sharp! Gorgeous design on both the handle and the blade. Perfect width on the blade, slices easily and yet is substantial. Careful because it will cut you if you're not paying attention! My husband lightly touched the blade and it gave him a small cut. He loves using it and just takes a lot of precautions!

Just received this knife. It's very beautiful and super sharp. The knife feels hefty which give me an feeling of being well made. Only time will tell. For now it is great to look at.

These are very nice knives made from high quality materials and come super sharp! My wife and both love them and have found these over the last year to be a great addition to our cooking prep and eating experience. They sharpen well and have held up to our daily use without chips, defects, or failure. Would definitely buy them again.

I bought three different knives and I LOVE this Sanmuzuo knife the best! It not only works great for cutting vegetables, dicing onions, etc, —AND it is beautiful, so well made! I used to dread cutting my vegetables and onions and now I enjoy it!

Out of my dozens of knives this one has found its place next to my favorite knife handpicked from Japan. I bought it because of the reviews, price, and some saying it was VERY SHARP…it is not…well mine wasn’t…but it is more than fine. It is comparable to my other daily used knives. If you can get it at a good price I encourage you to do so. It is not only comfortable in your hand, but is is beautiful to look at.
