Polar Unisex Unite Fitness watch, Black-Black, S-L UK

I bought my first polar watch back in 2012. I like the weight/calorie/step feature and the various training modes. I do not connect to internet because I do my own program and this works well for me. I just want the basics to help me control my weight. Nothing else needed.

Really happy with this watch. Quality is good. Only downside is the strap gave me a rash. But I replaced it with a nice soft silicone one. Now comfortable and very light overall. Watch face visibility is good, as is options to change configurations as you like it (with the app/web software). The accompanying web and phone app are great. Don't need or want GPS (better privacy) which this watch does not have (but you can track it with the phone app and carrying the phone with you if you wish - or cycling). Helps me to consider cardio fitness while my main focus is strength training. Continuous great rate monitoring is great, and allows sleep monitoring (must make sure you wear it firmly, almost tightly, on your wrist when sleeping). But I use the watch with H10 sensor when working out for better accuracy (as per online reviews). For my needs I can't see myself upgrading to a more expensive polar model. Very happy and it really encourages me to keep training and improve my fitness (or at least, not losing it). Well worth the investment and cheaper than hiring a personal trainer - because it is kinda like a personal trainer. But I suppose AI trainer is in the works no doubt...
