I like this pre work out because it didn’t give me any bad side effects after using. It gave me just enough energy to get my work out in without the crash or the jitters. I got the strawberry flavor and it tastes amazing. Great quality and a good price for the amount of servings you are getting.

Excellent and the best part is it doesn’t contain beta alanine that causes itching ! So far it’s been good and the taste is great.

4 stars because this is my 3rd can but this one doesn't wake me up as much as the other flavors. I used to take 3/4 of a scoop of multi fruit and I felt like I could break down walls. Now even with a full scoop...some days I'm just...awake. not sure if it's the flavor or the mix. My local spot stopped carrying these and luckily I found it here. I look for no food dyes or beta Adeline and this has worked for me in the past

No crashs or jitters. Smell great and flavor is amazing. Its a good price for a size. Easy to use and works well overall
