I enjoy the capsules. Seems to supply the nutrients I need. The only odd thing I noticed is that the vegetable bottle includes an image of a tomato. Tomatoes are fruits. I totally realize by pointing this out I'm a nerd and need a life.

Love these vitamins ! They are a cheaper alternative to the more expensive one and they work just as well. I feel more energetic when I take them.

Are these truly needed?
I got these because they were much cheaper than the ones advertised on tv. But after a month of using them, I felt zero difference than before I began using them. What I have been doing instead since, is using the money I would have used to buy these supplements on REAL FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. And I can tell you UNEQUIVOCALLY the difference I feel now is HUGE! Natural food that is cruciferous and whole...your body will respond I GUARANTEE IT. Oh...and cut back on rice, breads and dairy. Also, I'm sleeping SO MUCH BETTER and losing about 2.5 pounds per week just by eating healthy! No extra exercise whatsoever! Just going about my day working.

Good supplement
We use these to supplement our kids diets. Easy to take even for pre-teens and supplements their diets if they don't get enough fruits and vegetables on a regular basis from real food.
