A blood test revealed I was very low on B2, apparently not getting enough from my diet since I don't consume a lot of dairy. I've tried other B2 drops since then which contain glycerin and I think gave me headaches. It's hard to find B2 that's not in some megadose and I like being able to control the amount I'm ingesting. Read closely that this needs to be refrigerated and used within 3 months of opening. It has no taste when added to a beverage.
