This tool is great for your lymph nodes and assusting to help them drain. Feels so good on all areas of you face and neck. There are YouTube videos to show how to use properly. It can also help lift your face and make it glow, be sure to use with a good quality oil/lotion so the tool can glide along your skin. Love this! I recommend buying this.

If you have used portable massage tools, then you will be pleased to pack one of these with you. Weather you are a professional or just trying to get to that little spot, these can be sterilized and are hollow so you don't notice them in your pocket. Sweet little muscle Jiggs.

This is great. I use a trigger point foam roller 2.0 for my main muscles and back, the stick 24inches for my arms and general rolling of the legs as well, and a palm 4 leg massager for more specific areas, but THIS tool gets even more specific into those muscle groups more so than the other tools. Also important to note, this tool allows you to push in hard and with greater pressure WAY more than using your own fingers and thumbs. A MUST for any serious athlete who wants to manage their own self care and recovery, particularly around joints and ligaments and tendons!! This has been seriously helping my left elbow diminish the pain and getting my mobility back from over training without proper maintenance. This is for sure 5/5 and that won't change unless this item breaks in half or something, if it does I'll amend the review but so far it is amazing. Highly recommend!!!

This was recommended to me by one of my PT friends...and its made a difference in my recovery from trigger-finger surgery. I experienced some soreness and stiffness in my middle finger and my palm after surgery and using this tool to work out some of the fascia stiffness really made a difference. Iʻm almost back to full strength in my finger and I recover quicker after my workouts (lifting) now.

This is not what it says. Not stainless steel. Chunky but light cheap plastic. I did get promised a refund, waiting. Total waste of money! Came with a great fake leather pouch though

On Amazon USA you are selling it for $9.99 and here for $36? I’m ordering from USA thinking this should be shipped from Japan but it came from New Jersey while I’m in New York. Product quality is not that good that worth the $36 I paid. And I have to ship it back for a refund. Totally waste of time. Highly recommend not to purchase even you are a US buyer.
