The item arrived a little messy in the box, but all the parts were there and it is relatively easy to assemble if you take time with the instructions and pay attention to photos to see the correct orientation of certain parts. I put a very lightweight 43'' inch TV, maybe a bigger TV like 55'' or more is gonna be a little too big for this mount but it does say 70inch so...

Because the materials were few, it was not complete. It took me time.

The stand worked for what we needed. Used them for outdoor confidence monitors at our 4-day conference.The directions were fine, except that for a few bolts, they don't describe how they are supposed to be put in (which direction, etc..)
