when the uk especially the north had a cold snap into the new year of 2025, i decided to order some snow spikes as thought it would be sensible, seeing as Im on the move most days working for Asda, Home Delivering. these have been my saviours, they claw grip into the snow and you’re going nowhere, you won’t find yourself slipping and sliding ending up on your back end. Very happy with these, easy to put on under the sole of your shoe. i have size 11 feet and XL grips fit perfectly. just for reference. excellent value for money can’t knock the price tag. built well, made to last and gives you that extra peace of mind and confidence when out and about in that lethal snow and ice. No issues with comfort, just sounds like you’re walking in football boots which is no biggie for me. Excellent, very happy.

As a dog walkers of two salukis i need to be safe. These were a game changer. Easy to put on. I'm size 6 I bought medium. I'd suggest large for size 7 upwards. Only because ive a pair of boots that are a large 6 and they dont fit quite as snuggly as my size 6 brogue/trainers. Stayed on my feet, felt confident walking on very slippy pathways. Fantastic buy, will come in very useful in the years to come and I won't dread the ice and snow now.

Bought these for a winter walking holiday in Austria and they fitted well and provided a good grip on snow and ice. However, one broke on the second day and the other did the same a couple of days later.

Good product

Initially on the incline these really helped. However, they did not last long as most of the studs ripped out the bottom and the strapping split leaving more of our trip hazard. I eventually had to take what was left of the crampons off my boots before I injured myself. I only came back down with one and the other one is somewhere left up a mountain. Really disappointed as they seem to have good reviews, I would wear these on less rough terrain and less of an incline. Not great.

I have tried on size Large CONFIDENCE PUTTING it on fit brilliantly and even though I have brought a (2nd switch IS XL I may need to return the XL BACK at some point soon) even though there has been several news articles about the SOWN coming within the UK I can’t wait to try it out fingers crossed nothing goes wrong Once we have some SOWN I will edit again AND attached a 3rd picture Unsure about XL may need to return it back

Coppia di ramponcini da sterrato, ottimo grip sia su neve pressata che su sterrato con foglie, sia in salita che in discesa, molto veloce e comodo da indossare, resistente e confortevole anche su tratti poco scivolosi (non occorre stare sempre a togliere e mettere in caso di variazione del fondo). Consigliatissimo per passeggiate nel bosco, su sentiero battuto.

PRO 👍: elasticità - robustezza - grip sulle superfici scivolose - stabilità. CONTRO 👎: taglia XL poco adatta per doposci di taglia grande (>46). Conosco da tempo i ramponi da mettere sugli scarponi e li uso spesso in inverno sulla neve. Questi ramponi sono di buona qualità, elastici, con gomma che mi sembra bella dura e resistente. I ramponi in acciaio sono fissati alla gomma in maniera stabile, spero che durino nel tempo, è la parte più usurabile del sistema secondo me. Ma credo che se non vengono stressati camminandoci su rocce o su terreni inadatti possono durare. Su terreni come neve, ghiaccio, anche neve alta, hanno una buona presa. ❄️ Rispetto ai ramponi tutti in acciaio e con struttura in catena, sono più pratici da portare e più compatti, io li metto nello zaino senza problemi, gli altri occupano più spazio. La taglia XL è adatta fino al 47, io porto il 48 e sono al limite su scarpe classiche, su scarponi possono andare fino al 46/47. Con i doposci credo che si limiti fino al 45/46. 👍

I live in Saskatchewan, Canada where we have lots of snow and due to fluctuation of temperature snow converts in to ice, results, too much slippery. I slipped twice and hurt my back badly. I was looking for a decent pair of cleats. I selected this pair of cleats and found it very affective. Now I walk very confidently on snow/ice. The cleats are made of durable materials that will last for long and provide excellent traction on a variety of surfaces. Highly recommended!

This product is not durable as described by the seller and the large size is more like a medium mens. I wear a size 9 and could barely get them on. After 2 uses I noticed the rubber had already torn at the rear side by the heel section. As for grip on ice they would be ok if they would stay centered on the foot but they do not. They slip to one side or the other all the time. Very uncomfortable because of this. I do not recommend this product.

Ho preso l'abitudine, nel corso del tempo, di andare in giro con vari tipi di scarpe da ginnastica. E come ben saprete, moltissime volte sono a suola liscia. Dove abito io, capita almeno 2-3 volte l'anno che venga giu la neve, con conseguente ghiaccio che si forma (e rimane) per diversi giorni a seguire, rendendo strade e marciapiedi, letteralmente, piste di pattinaggio. Soprattutto in quelle parti di strada poco battute dal passaggio di altre persone prima di voi. Ho deciso, anche solo per quelle poche occasioni di neve e ghiaccio, di trovare un prodotto che mi potesse aiutare a camminare per le strade senza sembrare un "pinguino", camminando a passettini e senza rischiare di scivolare, rischiando anche di farsi male. Un pò per il prezzo, un pò per le recensioni, ho deciso di provare questo prodotto. Arrivato a casa nella sua bustina richiudibile, ho provato subito ad "agganciarle" alle scarpe; manovra che, non è così immediata come immaginavo. Il corpo elastico del prodotto aiuta sicuramente a modellarlo intorno alla vostra scarpa, ma non è proprio una manovra da "1-2-tac finito" come immaginavo (anche leggendo le recensioni): si infila la punta aggiustandola e facendola entrare per bene nell'incavo, si aggiusta per bene la parte che va sotto la suola della vostra scarpa ed infine si aggancia al tallone la parte posteriore, cercando di controllare che tutta la parte elastica sia uniforme con la "forma" della vostra scarpa. E soprattutto, visto che non è presente nessun laccio intermedio per saldarla ulteriormente, controllate che il tallone sia ben alzato e ben aderente alla vostra scarpa, poichè quello sarà l'unico "aggancio" del prodotto: se viene via il tallone, verrà via praticamente tutto. (Seguite la foto con le taglie e scegliete la dimensione giusta!) Camminare, almeno a me, non viene naturale come con un paio di scarpe normali, a me da l'impressione di essere un pò in "bilico" o come dico io "sui trampoli". Questo grazie alle punte in acciaio (lunghe contando anche i dentini almeno 1 cm e qualcosa). Però devo dire che funzionano, si ancorano al ghiaccio residuo su strada come le scarpe da ginnastica si ancorano all'asfalto asciutto! Quindi alla luce di tutto questo, non saranno comodissime da infilare, non saranno comodissime da camminarci...ma funzionano, fanno il loro lavoro con ghiaccio su strada! Quindi, se come me, cercate un prodotto che possa aiutarvi ad avere più "grip" per strada, nelle giornate di neve e nei punti ghiacciati, questo prodotto vi confermo che funziona molto bene...per tutto il resto, indossabilità e comodità...speravo meglio ma comunque mi sento, anche solo per il buon prezzo, di consigliarne l'acquisto!
